GIRL!!!

Despite almost the entire family thinking Little Boone was a boy, we found out today that the little one is in fact, a little girl!

At first, I was worried that we weren't going to get to see what the baby is, because she was all over the place. The tech would try to take a picture of her foot and she'd move it. The tech would try to take a picture of her face, and she'd put her hand in front of it. The baby was literally turning flips- we've got pictures of her on her back, standing upright, on her back...and those are all from today. At this point, the doctor said she is breach, but she has 23 weeks to turn, so I'm not worried about it.

We were in the ultrasound room for almost 20 minutes before the ultrasound tech finally took a peek at her girl parts. She measured the head, abdomen, kidneys, feet, toes, etc, and told us everything looked great, and that she is measuring in size right where she should be for 17 weeks.

We are beyond excited. Proud daddy is already superprotective of his little princess- Michael has said he will not be allowing Little Miss to date!
